Wearing anything other than red at the county ground is completely unacceptable, but especially if they're wearing red.
We let Franchise wear red against us at home once.

Was the anniversary of the league cup so we wore a white kit at home, but it forced MK to change to their away kit which was all red. It didn’t seem right, was as bad as the time we gave the Town End to away fans |

That’s not how I remember it. Didn’t we want to wear white (because that’s what we wore in the LC final) and Franchise (who play in white) refused to wear their away strip so we ended up making a black third strip which whilst a very nice shirt had absolutely no links to the League Cup win |

That’s how I remembered it. We asked for special dispensation to wear white for the anniversary but MK refused because their kit was white… …the fact they turned up in red, kind of lessens the believability of the first part… Ultimate trolling if it’s all true. |
