Train strikes announced for 3rd, 5th and 7th of November  which will again cause havoc for travelling on FA Cup day.

They made the first round once before, where they lost at home to Worcester in around 2005.

Edit: How do I remember 2005 but not 2019! Must be because I lived there at that time but still.

Yeah, my mistake. I saw a post last night after they had won saying it was the first time but didn’t check.

Still, good on them. Lincoln at home is a decent draw

Useless fact....

We played them back in 1902 in the 2nd round qualifying and beat them 5-0. The only time we have met them in a competitive fixture.

Surprise suprise.

The mouthwatering tie of Wrexham vs Oldham has been selected for tv.

Surely something like Charlton vs Coalville would be more appealing for the neutral?

Wait till Wrexham get into the league, it will be like Salford fucking City all over again.

tbf, the Wrexham documentary is good. Certainly investing which can only be a good thing.

Yeah I have been enjoying it. Apparently, the club has made 3.2 million dollars from that documentary. It will be interesting to see how far they can go up the pyramid.

TV companies aren’t stupid they know what draws in the most viewers

That’s why in the 3rd round the likes of the “big 6” will probably all be televised regardless of how interesting the tie is

Didn't realise Chippenham were in the first round until I saw this thread. Lincoln at home is a pretty meh tie.
