I see the sodding Coronation has been arranged on the day the last games of the season are supposed to be played, so no doubt this will need to be rescheduled, which will in turn I assume bugger up the play off schedule!  Roll Eyes

They've got 6 months to sort it anyway! Perhaps all the games can be moved to the Friday night or the Sunday?

I think you’ll find that the FA & EFL would have been consulted or at the least been included in looking at sporting the sporting events taking place at the time. Expect a communique from the football authorities imminently. These events are planned meticulously to the finest detail. Not that you want to believe it either way.

I've heard we've already applied to see if we can move it to the end of November when we have our annual mid season break.  Just waiting on Crawley to confirm

Bollocks to the coronation

I trust you’ll be working if there’s a bank holiday announced.

surely they'll just move the mayday bank holiday a week

Can't be arsed with it, but without coronations we wouldn't have coronation chicken. That's the greater good

Or Coronation Street (as Audrey alluded to above), That's the worser bad.

I assume everyone would have to do that what with all the last games having to be played simultaneously. That would bring the end of the season to the 29th April away at Crewe.

Surely games will be moved to Friday or Sunday.

One of the league’s games would have all been moved to Sunday anyway (they usually are) so the others moved to Friday night or Sunday lunchtime seems likely

I'd be surprised if it was Friday night. I would have thought a season ending on a Sunday would be much more likely and has happened before IIRC.
