Realise there's a risk of saying this too soon, but think Clayton has been impressively assured in a game where you might imagine he'd find things trickier against big strikers and without his usual partner. Looks a real find.

A bit before your time but he reminds me of a young Alan Hansen when he first went to Liverpool in the late 70s. Tall, thin and cultured, good in the air and on the deck. |
