yes it's tough to play against ten men, but you can change things instead of passing the ball sideways around their pissing box for 80 minutes.
The balance of the team is off with Shade and Lavs on the right, glad that got changed up but I didn't think Williams brought much to the party.
I thought Shade or Williams would go off and put wakeling to run the channels instead a direct swap for Jephcott.
It's another point closer to survival but fucking hell that was dire

That is enough for me to show that my early fears are correct. We have enough talent in this squad to be doing much better than this, this says to me that the coaching team do not have enough about them to get the best out of this group.

I was giving him 10 games but I think he has to go now.
Today showed that he just isn’t up too it- playing 80 minutes against ten men against a struggling side and failing to trouble the keeper- just not acceptable I’m afraid
