I reckon he's taking the assumption that Rochdale are playing for the point and we won't need to defend much. with the mckirdy red card the other week at home darcy did actually play a rwb role and did it very well. |

This seems reasonable, if you're not expecting the full backs to have to defend then you can pick a more attacking player there. Although to be honest, Hutton and Shade *are* attacking full backs (or at least, they don't appear to be defensive ones). Interested to see how it plays out. |
