I reckon he walked
100% he walked, due to broken promises on budget/playing staff I would think.

I had been told he was 100% sacked, by someone normally with a decent knowledge of what happened.

Perhaps it was along the lines of

Clem 'Your sacked'
Flynn 'you cant sack me, i quit!'

Judging by wording in the transfer blog I'd agree with Riddick.

Would be a daft decision financially by Flynn, wouldn't it?

Also means there are possible accusations that can go Flynn and FGRs way if he got that job.

Stroud Times has Flynn as favourite for their managers roll, wouldn't surprise me if that did happen.

Hatswell used to play for FGR & is a legend in those parts.

Notts County have appointed Wealdstone boss Stuart Maynard as their new head coach replacing Luke Warm Williams.

Maynard has only a 30% win ratio in his 150 games in charge of Wealdstone, which is only slightly better than Flynns 28% at Swindon.

Well that is certainly odd.

Very highly rated coach I believe.
He was only part-time at Wealdstone, be interesting to see how he gets on.

He was interviewed and highly tipped for the job, before Lindsey was appointed I think.
