Was Wakeling the number 10 who scored the first goal?

Luke Dreher also on trial.
Picked this guy up on a free on FM last year, Championship player. It's good enough for me!

Did like the look of Opi Edwards,  continually running and seemed to read the game well,  skilful and always looking for the ball,  the sort of player we lack.  Anyone know the attendance yesterday ??,  seemed to be quite a good turnout.

I think it was 1,592. Last year it was about 900.

I though the number 3, Jamal Baptiste (if it his him), looked good after a shaky start. Composed on the ball and not afraid to go forward.

Sounds as if the quality of triallists is up a notch compared to last season.

Not sure I even remember last season's trialists other than McKirdy - who presumably was pretty much a done deal anyway.. was Dabre one?

Anyway, let's see how they look against Supermarine. One assumes the first team will be on duty which may make it easier.

Supermarine will be a tougher test I assume. Or at least will be better rested

No mate, Dabre never featured in any friendlies for us last season and only signed on 4th August.
