PES Proper kits & logos

Anyone know how I can download these for PES 2021 for the PS4? A couple of years ago I downloaded then put the files onto a USB for transfer. Now, all of the wesbites offering updates seem to lead down rabbit holes where I don't get what I need.

For ages I had it all up to date and it was much nicer to play. I'm back to the cruddy names and Maldini has become Ben Hogg.

I used the pesunites.org one. Think you have to sign up but it's free. Caveat, I was playing on PC and I had to find Swindon kit separately. Just google League One / League Two kits and you can extract the files you need.

Working beautifully again. How do I stop it from reverting to the basic settings? I think I missed a consent to update when quickly clicking through menus a few months ago, but I can't see anyhting in the options to prevent them.

You can now never turn off your PS4

Updates will change player stats and move them around but doesn't touch the kits and names etc. I doubt there will be any more updates anyway.
