I think it will be 433 with Hunt at LB and Iandolo in the middle of the park where he is most effective.

That's how I read it initially.

I think Garner knows that 3 CB's doesnt seem to work too well with the players available.

Its time for JML to step up to the plate and finally show us what sort of player he can be, so far he has yet to impress me in any game he has played, at least we have a semi fit Williams on the bench to change it if it doesn't work for him.

Parsons doesnt play as a natural ball carrying attacker, JML is a poor mans Williams so its like for like even if a huge gap in quality, he has a bit of pace whereas Parsons seems to sit in the number 10 position when he has played.

Not convinced. Parsons has something about him. JML . . .

I am not convinced by JML at all either but he has some pace which Parsons doesn't, I also don't think Parsons has been played in his strongest position yet, hes a striker as he was played at 'Nam not a number 10 as garner has played him in.

Parsons needs more game time out on loan, as does JML too TBH to see what they both have "in their locker" but we are limited by injuries.

Is there a player in Mitch Lawson somewhere? Garner obviously thinks so but I've not seen anything yet.

Parsons in a similar boat to Twine methinks
Needs loans out, probably non league to start, and to chip away with the odd appearance here & work toward a L2 loan.
I think he has the potential to make it into the first team.
