Another tight game, with Town’s impressive away record - 2-2.

Rain forecast late afternoon, zippy surface, under lights but only 5.5k with the floaters and plastic scouse preferring the warm, sadly.

Not good news on Joe. It's a fairly significant injury. He'll be out for a number of weeks.

Brandon Cooper has a knee injury which Garner admits could be season-ending. It sounds like Tomlinson may not come back either.

Barry will spend one day a week back at Villa to treatment, but will spend the rest of the time with Town.

Is what it is - not much we can do about it. Baudry was excellent on Saturday. Can imagine a revert to 3-5-2 with back line of hunt JOB baudry odimayo iandolo

It’s not bad still but another injury and we’re a bit fucked

That's a pretty brutal development. Suspect we'll now sign Egbo on a short term deal, at least he's been around the team so hopefully a useful body. Probably pushes Iandolo back to LWB and gives Conroy/Baudry a route back into the team so not disastrous but leaves us looking thin.

I had thought that Tomlinson could be recalled with the Peterboro’ managerial change and playing well, so the injury gives them that opportunity I assume. Cooper gone is a blow, perhaps he was carrying the injury hence the loan?

Looking a bit thin in overall quality depth once again, will be interesting how Garner lines us up tomorrow night.

Can't see us getting anything with the latest injury/ban crisis. A point would be excellent
