someone explain to me when the ball is sent out near your goal side , why the first person (conroy) doesnt throw it in quickly before the other team can move forward and make it more difficult?

I would bet you some money that very few teams even train restarting the game with a throw in, let alone situational tactics for such a thing.  The best you get are teams who focus on the long throw in near the opposition box.

We look like a pretty decent U23 Academy team, which is not to be unexpected given the recruitment and Coaching team in place.  Lots of nice football, look a bit better than the teams we play against in possession, but lacking that killer edge.  Also look like we do very little work on set pieces - I may be wrong, but it's just the way we look.

I think when things are going well, that type of team can get a lot of confidence flowing.  When it starts to get a bit more tricky you don't have a lot of experience to call upon to settle everyone down.

Lots of boos from Town fans aimed at our own players, that won't fucking help anyone will it.
To be fair we can’t even take a goal kick currently…

Barry misses a half chance.

Giving the new man a lot of leeway there. Free shot from 12 yards screwed wide

We are pretty shit but I am not an advocate of booing players that are at least trying, even if its not happening so far.

Probably his worst game for Town so far.

When you’re 1-0 down and it keeps taking over a minute to take a goal kick that just results in us playing into trouble then peoples frustration is going to boil over.
