Change what? Can’t see JML or Gilbert having any impact. You could put on Lyden to push Gladwin further up, but how would that help?
JML has won at least two penalties coming on as a sub. Agreed on Gilbert though, who so far hasn't had any sort of positive impact.

JML the only viable option off the bench to change things.

We need another striker and a midfielder with prescience in January for starters

And a centre back and a cover keeper and left back at least for cover.

Garner can’t change things. All the players are clones of each other. Nobody can do anything any different.
Probably thinks we need another midfielder or 3.

Hmmmm this could become a bit of a problem for Garner. It would be interesting to see how the fans react if our form continues to drop off and Garner continues to refuse to adapt or add some pragmatism to our approach. Games like to day in awful conditions on an awful pitch you need to change things up ….
