Well it's over the the 2024 on this one, since no-one could be arsed to take my money to judge for myself.  Crash

Can only go by what I heard, don't like to vote when I haven't watched but I heard his name mentioned a lot and thats Wollacott.

Don't disagree with Wollacott as the commentators and Garner were talking about a save towards the end and him maintaining concentration after long periods of nothing to do. Sounded as if that save alone towards the end influenced the result massively.

Woolacott looked to make a couple of good stops but as it was down the other end it's difficult to judge. Conroy made a couple of great saving tackles. Payne was pretty lively, KKH got his goal.

On balance I think I'll go with Conroy too.

Most of the first half was watched in double vision, but went for KKH for being in the right place at right time for the goal.
Would expect him to get one or two more before the season is out.

Given the style of play it's not that straightforward for the crosser to pick somebody out. Not sure who it was with the assist.

JML just had to pass it to Simpson on the break towards the end.
Nope. Very frustrating.

No matter we are in the draw which is all that matters.
Thanks to the people that picked me up following a miserable failure to get the right leg over when changing rows.

Conroy for me

Same here.
Kept us organised and in the game.
Walsall got down our flanks a little too easy in my opinion.

Payne, I thought he was everywhere and his energy levels were superb. For someone who has always been considered a more attack minded midfielder, he has become a combative player who can mix it defensively. Lovely assist and nearly nicked a goal himself at the death.

Unbelievable isn’t it the ground he covers every game.
Terrific stamina and without doubt the engine room of the midfield. Never stops running as has energy in the final quarter of the game.
