Anyone else bought one of these? I have but can’t figure out how to actually use it to choose tickets for upcoming matches. Does anyone know how to do this? I haven’t received anything in the post yet, do I need to receive something in the post first?

I assume it's all done through your online account, like a 6 game credit?

I thought that would be the case but couldn’t seem to get the credit applied. It tried to make me pay when I selected tickets  I will have to phone the club but suspect I will be on hold for a very long time.

Drop them an email mate, they are fairly responsive to that and you’ve got a bit of a wait for them to sort it before the next home match anyway.
