We'd have a fair few more away if our away tickets were not getting capped and limited due to the fall out from Stevenage!

We'd be top. We probably are if you count those in home ends  Smiley

Barrow>Exeter  Cheesy

It is quite funny until you see the games they have played.

Barrow have played at Port Vale(130 miles), Bradford(90 miles) and Oldham(100 miles) so far are not too bad a trip from Barra.

Exeter so far have played at Crawley(185 miles), Harrogate(300 miles), Scunthorpe(285 miles), Stevenage(198 miles), Hartlepool(350 miles) and Barrow(333 miles)!

Also worth remembering that this season is Basra's fans first opportunity to visit a lot of away grounds in the FL. Got to admire them even more considering its an hours drive and 30+ miles to just get to the M6.

TBF they travelled fairly well when they were in the conference, a couple of times I found myself on the Saturday evening trains out of Lancaster when they were on their way home and they were like the old football specials!

I notice Newport we’re given, and sold, 1200 tickets for BRovers tomorrow.

More chance of trouble with that one than with us, I’d say.

Definately, if it wasn't for a few idiots at Stevenage we would easily have sold that many if not more.

I obviously missed this... what penalty exactly did we get after Stevenage?

Where have you been hiding 😃.

Reduced ticket allocations.  At rovers we only had about half of our usual at Northampton it was also reduced.

Rovers is the only game I've missed all season, to say I was pissed off is an understatement

Short attention span I suppose...🤔 I guess I knew there was some kind of penalty in place but what exactly and for how long?

It's not an official penalty but it increased the cost of policing so that over a certain allocation it's just not financially viable.

Having said that the vegans and Sutton both seemed to oversell our end by a hundred or so!

It doesnt add up for me.

I mean i understand away tickets being capped but Millwall and Leeds would only have 100 tickets per match if that was a rationale!

I think it comes down to weighing up extra police costs and extra stewarding vs the extra revenue from the extra fans coming through the turnstyles.
