They were probably Swindon supporters before the Vegans were founded as we've always had fans in Stonehouse!
And Nailsworth where Forest Green actually is!

(As a Stroud valley person then I'm touchy about the location and naming of the club. There have been calls in the past to move it to Ecocentricity Park at Eastington near the motorway (5-10 miles away) and rename FGR to Stroud Utd)

Call 'em whatever you like, it'll always be a pleasure to beat them.

Seen this comment a couple of times, can anyone point out what was so bad about the ref's performance? I hardly noticed him so thought he must have been decent.

I live in Stroud too and getting to the game for us was interesting. Ended up biking, red and white scarf flying: https://sootallures.wixsite.com/topographersarms/post/get-me-to-the-match-on-time

I thought we were great yesterday from start to finish. Everyone played their part with the spine of the team solid from Ward (outstanding) to Conroy, Reed and Simpson (his best game for us). Loved the first goal - Conroy Cruyffing it through them, Gladwin doing what Gladwin does if you give him time and space and a brilliant finish from McKirdy.

If Garner can sort our home form and find a way to break down teams that park the bus then we could be in the mix come the end of the season. Over to you negligent Ben.

Seemed to have it in for Simpson,  gave him virtually nothing, fouled several times not given,  struck off what appeared to be a perfectly good goal by him, obviously doesn't like big strong physical strikers,  watch out Akinfenwa !!.

1202 Town fans. I知 sure somebody on here predicted that!

I got very close to both!

Swindon to suffer a single goal defeat in front of 3,445 fans with 1,205  Town fans there.
Att: 3,442 (1,202 Swindon fans).

If I guessed at 3 more Swindon fans I would have been spot on with both figures!

I brought my mate who works at Yeovil Town FC along to a game vs Brentford at the CG a few years back, he was about 100 out on Flash's guess the gate competition and went home 」40 better off!

I知 always an optimist when it comes to BBQ痴. TBH I did belatedly ask some of our neighbours over to see if they fancied some BBQ sweetcorn from the garden but they do have other prearranged plans, so away it goes.
