Kinda feel like i should just start a new thread entitled "random american dumb questions" but since you all seem to be here.... is this time of year considered your "fall" season?  i mean we are both in northern hemisphere but when i listen to bbc wiltshire each morning before my students get to my classroom, it sounds like your weather is kind of cold.

i could have sworn they were saying like 6 celsius which is like in the 40s in F.  it is generally noon when i am listening your time so that seems cold for october.  we have been in the high 70's-80s and sunny for the past few weeks, we will be low 90s this weekend.  so i am curious if you get that time between hot as hell summer to cold winter?

Yes, they used to. Animal welfare and all that has changed the way we treat what we eat from the animal world at the point of despatch, which even as an ex butcher and die hard meat eater I’m all in favour of.

Weather is a bit variable this time of year. 21C is high, but come the end of the month it can get chilly, 0C at night. Or not.

Doesn't exactly get mega cold in winter on a constant basis
