If you actually posted that, then I might read it? I'm sure if the worst happens and you don't get anything then you can go to the ticket office before the game, while not ideal you will be able to get into the game. It might be worth not over reacting to these things... |

There are a lot of absolute clusterfucks that the organisation are trying to get sorted. The season tickets is just one of them.
Around a month ago, we weren't certain that a season ticket would be needed.
Please give them time to get our club back on an even keel. They are working their socks off for us all.

My mate didn't get an email for his single ticket purchase either mind. It was sorted at the ticket window, bit of a ball ache because we thought they closed at 1 so I did a race across town and queue for him
I agree ST purchases have been the worst process in years. it must be a right mess the fucking tool left behind.

Someone Must be working their socks off as you say, especially at this time of the night, Have Just had an email explaining that they had the wrong email address, that is despite reading back the email addresses when purchasing, anyway fair play to them still working this time of the night. Hopefully it will now be sorted but don’t think some people realise the pain in the arse it is when living 40+ miles away!!. |
