I know these come in lots of colours but I'm old fashioned and want one of the three colours above. But which?  Hmmm

Is there a way to tell the fakes? I've seen some with "Dr Martens" embossed on the side and some without

Are they better quality these days, I wore black 8 holers for most of the 90's and they were shit in terms of longevity, thankfully through where I worked in the holidays I could get them trade price, if I was paying full whack I would have sacked them off as they seemed to last no time at all.

Eventually sacked them off for a pair of British Industrial Giants, they lasted for years!
