Injury to Spinazolla, that's a real shame. One of the stars of the tournament so far.

The Italians are a good team but still a bunch of cheating bastards.

That was the best quality game of the tournament, I think. Belgium held their own better than expected, I half expected their defence to just get destroyed. Doku looked like a heck of a prospect, nearly scored a wonder goal at one point.

Italy strong favourites for the tournament now, you'd think.

Game management. Just they know how to see out the game. If it was England we would not be complaining. Italy must be favourites now.

Been strong favourites since game 1.
Only Austria that’s given them a scare.

Got them at 6-1 each way…. Hoping for an England victory over Italy in the final

The irony being England will do it with a boring 1-0 defensive master class.

If we get that far I don't think Italy will let us play boring football

Obviously plenty of individual quality but I was really impressed by the shape and cohesiveness of the Italian team all over the pitch.  No weakness apparent to me.  The Belgians were really well contained on the counter, albeit that  no team would have controlled Lukaku, De Bruyne and the amazing Doku without some scares. Even the cheating was back to vintage Italian best.

As we have seen, when it's a two horse race, anyone can win a game even if it's by penalties.  The fact that it was Austria (with a great performance) which came the closest v Italy so far, illustrates that this tournament is far from settled.  But Italy have set a standard.

Their high tempo across the pitch was impressive
