In think the judge will only step in if he is satisfied not doing so would have the club at risk of doing under, or drastically and unfairly  reduce its material worth for other shareholders

Depends on the outcome of both scenarios and which is better for Power. Sell now to Axis whilst he is still the majority shareholder and has some, if not much, control or wait until September and get unceremoniously kicked out by the Clem/Standing combo.
