Haven't hired a van in years. Only need a small one to get lads stuff from York uni. I've only got a small Ibiza si it would be 2 trips up and down. Any recommendations. I seem to remember you used to get stung on mileage. I'd be doing about 440 miles round trip. Any help appreciated. I'm in upper Stratton.

Duncan Van hire in Stratton, behind the New Inn/Dockle. Up to 1000 miles before surcharge so no issues there, and in my experience cheap and v friendly. Used them a couplle of times, if I remember righly I had a van from there once for a couple of days, and as I returned it early(ish) PM on second day they only charged me for one day.

Used Duncan’s several times no complaints. Beware some companies offer cheap deals but put a temporary charge on your credit card of £500 for security.
