Actually makes me angry we could have been doing this all season without the intervening Ice Age.

For a team on the edge of the play offs Pompey were really poor.

Twine a left midfielder is not.

Both Twine and Payne are luxury players, you can't have them in positions where they need to worry about too much defending and positioning.

Certainly think it's difficult to come up with a formation with two strikers and both, although I think Payne has a bit more industry about him.

That’s a massive fuck you to John Sheridan.
This.

John Sheridan - "I cant get any more from this team".

Wright and Peacock - "fuck you play to their strengths".

Tyler Smith - just that little bit of pace through the middle.
Sadly not enough games left.
Makes me even more angry tonight. Against one of the better teams we go and win.
Fuck you Jurassic.

Probably too late but what a relief there is some semblance of a team left

Too little, too late, but a bit of pride restored and further evidence that Sheridan going when he first resigned (or better, five minutes after being appointed) might have given us a chance.

Without a doubt. Smith up front chasing people down and scoring goals, a bit like (but not really in the same class) a certain Jerry Yates.
