The only question that needs to be answered on Tuesday is

... Will Peacs get the sheepskin coat out?

Peacs will add a bit of enthusiasm in the dressing room but probably not enough to alter the outcome, the change was made too late to save us but lets hope we can save face and not concede 4 goals.

Swindon 0-3 Pompey.

Wright in charge, nothing will change for 4 games - we will lose

Aren't we playing Ipswich on Saturday? I think aside from that I think you have the scoreline spot on.

Wright saying in the presser that the players aren’t fit enough. After 40 odd games! You’re the trainer, why aren’t they fit?

I can accept if certain players are just not good enough - but not fit enough is a big admission.

Part of that could be down to the head of fitness and conditioning leaving a few weeks ago, no idea if it was on his terms or mutual but either way hes not been up to the job by the look of it.

I see Sheridan also blamed having to put players back in who were not yet fit from injury because we had no reserve games.  Something a Manager should probably address rather than just chucking them back in and hoping for the best.

Or felt he wasn't able to do his job in current circumstances or that his advice was being ignored etc? S&C coach can only advise, that advice has to be implemented.

Players haven’t been fit all season.
So if he *only* left a few weeks ago - then either he was getting completely ignored or he was awful at his job & is no loss.

According to the local Pompey rag, Jack Payne has a clause in his contract which lets him go for free if we get relegated.

They are interested.
