A boycott that has has little or no impact is pretty pointless in my view. I have enjoyed the match and have continued to support STFC. In doing so, I haven't really helped support LP's 'evil empire'.
Tell that to people who don't want the current owner hear any more. Of course it can make a difference. Having a voice and making a noise about it can bring awareness to a subject. You're the kind of cunt who will say people shouldn't protest. If the subject matter, matters to the individual then a boycott is always very worthy. There are plenty of examples around the world where only a few people have made a stand and been successful in bringing attention to the issues being raised. The term "David & Goliath" isn't used for no reason. Ahh but you have supported him. Even if only fractionally. But that's what happens at things like sporting event. Your one ticket doesn't pay for the whole fucking arena or club or owner's pocket but it does as a collective. If more withdraw their "support" then the current owner can't make claims like there is no money left, if he then has to continue keeping it a going concern. It exposes the person who claims to be clean cut. Flushes them out, whatever. It raises the chance of him selling sooner. Again you know all of the above, you're just playing Devil's Advocate somewhat. Btw, how is life next to the polo mint and bits of lint?

FT 2-0 win
Great performance all things considered today, weird line up but it seemed to work.
Grant was a beast at CB for MotM for me, not far behind him was Payne, Twine and Iandolo.
Pitman led the line well, Thompson and Caddis very solid, Odimayo looking very good with the ball. Missilou the poorest performer for me but stilll his best game in my eyes, as was Palmer who looked mobile.
Camp looked very solid and a clean sheet on his debut, can't ask for more.
Very happy with that, maybe there is a chance we can stay up?
