We just need Archie to do the basics, sounds silly to say that, but he just needs to get through a game by saving shots and stopping the ball going in, forget about coming for balls and trying to kick 50 yard balls to the strikers feet - just stay on your line and be a GK.

There is a temptation to be storming off of your line and be an extra defender and really make your mark - Archie makes his mark today by doing the simple stuff - early signs from the corners are good, i really wish him the best

Just do the basics to the best of your ability.

It's a free hit for the sub keeper. If he does well, his stock rises. If he does badly, everyone will say that was to be expected.

This will be our most keepers ever used in a season if Matthews plays, what the league record is though is anyones guess!

Is it 4 so far, or have I missed one?

He is a professional footballer whose chosen position is goalkeeper.  Its not as if he has been dragged in off the street.
