Wow! We've had a bit of a midfield today. Payne has been running around lots. Twine has been able to link up play, although has gone to ground more than he's been on his feet.

Garrick had a great half! Looked dangerous against an incredibly Lacey LB who keeps skinning him, but somehow Garrick has still scored and made one!

Pitman has been trying his best not to score!

Wollacott has been solid. If he carries on this way then I hope we can sign him!

Defence looks slow. I like Grounds behind Thompson. But, second half when the ball isn't running away from them is going to be scary for our defence!

Statutory warning: remember Crewe away. We have so many different flavours of disappointment. Hold onto your hats.

I cant see the Imps giving us that much room in the middle as they did first half again. Almost every time we got the ball they stood back off us and let us create stuff.

The wind at our back might be well worth Twine having a few belters against this weak keeper.

Dom back to being the beast we know!

should have mentioned that in my ipswich comparison, as he is playing decent again.sometimes nice to play good teams away as they will tend to pile forward and leave space for us to play. instead of some standard shit battle of two crap teams on a crap pitch.

And before that Peterborough away too. Definately a game of 2 halves.

We've been decent so far and have probably shaded it in terms of good chances. Best we have played since Ipswich possibly. We have tried to pass it as well. Keep it up please.

That's what I'm hoping for!

Think this is the first game I’ve missed where I’m regretting not paying the tenner.

So basically, you’re saying this division isn’t good enough to deserve us. Smooth talking bro. 😎

We're actually playing alright - away to the team at the top.

I know the game is very much wind affected but they appear to be another team who are as much of a muchness like so many in this division and it only takes a little run of results to put you into contention. I thought pre-season that anyone could beat anyone and no team was going to run away at the top and so it seems.
