Yeah the players used to call him Taz too for certain, he was like a little whirlwind and full of energy which wasn't bad for a player in his mid 30s at the time.
Would make sense my Dad did various odd jobs around / with / alongside the club in the 90s. A story I’ve told before on here but we were on our way into the ground when a lost Scottish bloke was looking for the entrance to go in and sign his contract - so I got Lee Collins signature before the club did!!! |

I used to know Lee quite well and always took me ages understanding him, he had a really broad Scots accent, nice bloke, totally different to his on pitch demeanor of the hard man, he was always friendly to young kids too always had time for a chat with younger fans. |

Which made sense 25 years ago with a bench of 3 even 15 years ago with a bench of 5 but with 7... Just seems overkill - even with a keeper taking up a spot you wouldn’t use unless of an emergency that’s still 6 outfield players of which you can only use 4 anyway. |
