I don't know why but I feel like El Shezza has already gone. Still there in person but effectively mute and managerless. Not done the last two pressers (other reasons aside, he hasn't done that many) and is about as visible and available as our Prime Minister. It would not surprise me in the least if Power were to announce Stuart Baxter as Town's new manager...  |

Good manager in his time but not it appears such an eloquent if misogynistic user of the English language. Baxter was a decent manager to be fair but he's royally cocked up presently. Absolutely mate - brick wall stuff at the moment. We know it won't happen. Partly feel sorry for TW because he is purely just toeing the party line; a mouthpiece some might say. At least he's had the cajones to face the press though. |

It won't happen ASAP but hopefully it will happen in the next few weeks when we go on a longer losing streak. Tommy is doing his best under difficult circumstances, he is doing his job and Sheridans in fronting the interviews when Sheridan can't be bothered, fair fucks to him for doing it and coaching the team to the best of his ability. No manager should shirk interviews pre or post match unless for totally unforseen circumstances (as happened with his parents) otherwise he should man up and not talk down to his interviewer constantly and buck pass to players when he is obviously at fault himself. Its pure derision on his part. |
