I am not sure that 2 Feb is going to yield the seismic shift many seem to be expecting. Monday should tell us whether the trial of Standing's claim is going ahead then.
If the trial does go ahead as many seem to think it will, it doesn't automatically follow that everything will be resolved there and then. For example, it's inevitable that the hearing will last more than one day.
