Heard from someone inside the club, Sheridon not happy with having to play Curran.
Several senior players are also not happy and could see some transfer requests in the near future

If it's true, no manager is going to be happy with it. Being hung out to dry. He's playing a lot more than under RW. Differing opinions, or terms of the alleged agreement changed with our increasing need for cash? Quite the shadow it's casting. |

Surely that’s what medicals are for. Dont scout players you already know well.
A medical can't answer the question "Does he look ready to go into our first team now and be the difference between going up or not?" That's what they employ scouts for. |

Quite the shadow it's casting. I just can't get my head round anybody forcing a manager to play a player regardless. certainly not when the season is live. I can believe taking him into the squad for cash. But not anything more. |

Bonus paid for each first team appearance paid at end of season, if a new manager under new owners comes in and doesn't fancy Curran then he gets a 3 year pay off plus any match bonus on top of that, for a youngster that could well amount to £100K+, a nice handshake for leaving the club maybe? |

Well if rumours of Sheridan falling out with players is true it was either be done out of spite or because there’s financial incentives associated with him getting minutes as well as being in the squad. I’d like to think it’s the former but that doesn’t paint Sheridan in a very pretty picture if he’s that petty. The fact that Curran has been in every squad this season in league and cup is beyond suspicious though, with one of Twine, Iandolo, Haines etc all being in the majority of squads it not like it’s even to fill the home grown criteria. |

As far as i can tell, just info from inside the club, no actual evidence as such. People are pretty sure though. |
