Harsh based on 25 mins tonight.
Pitman, no, based on all his time so far. It may be he is properly unfit, and I know he has never been mobile, but this looks like someone who is cheating their final pay slip. As I say, he may ram this down my throat. I've always thought he was a decent player, but he looks like he has Nalis' legs, based on how old Nalis would be now.

At the moment yes, but he is carrying a nasty groin injury mixed with not playing for nearly a year. Saturday he annoyed me but I won't write him off yet unlike many on here have (no not aimed at you Rob) but after Saturday you would think he is the devil incarnate or Joey Beauchum MK2. He needs to get fit and then that will be a fair assessment, as it stands he is our only (marginally) fit striker at the club.

I’m not giving up on him yet. I have two Pompey mates who wax lyrical about him so I think he might come good with match fitness and if we play to his strengths.

If he’s not fit he shouldn’t be playing, whether he’s the only for striker or not. He ain’t gonna recover if he keeps having to play.

Maybe try Curran up top, he's a liability in defence

I agree but hes the less injured striker, something that has to be aimed at Wellens for not strenghtening in the window, as Power said he had another striker lined up and Wellens vetoed it on deadline day.

Surely we have a youth player who could play? Better that than persisting with an injured Pitman. It’s not like he offers us much (if anything) as it stands.

The camera angle is horrible tonight, I can fully understand Wellens liking to watch games from high up in the stands, you see far more of players positioning etc than you can at such a low angle.
