I think our 2 weakest links today have been players that won’t get much game time this season - Odemayo and Iandolo.

Agreed hopefully Baudry and Conroy are fit they’ll stay that way and Iandolo will lose his place to Donohue as he’s a class above at left back.

No but if we were playing a league game its our best fit defence at the moment.

Well we did say, if Johnny Smith produces what we saw in pre season that he would cause problems.

The boy, had that touch been by the feet of Messi the world would be in a fine stupor of footballing climaxes. What a steal to get him on loan. Lloyd who?

Shame we have conceded after the foul. But I'm strangely not fussed if we win, lose or draw this now. I've seen enough and there are things to work on but no one expects it all to click on the first game. But there are some good bits all clicking and Town certainly have will have a lot of possession this season, in time and over the course of the season, I think we'll make that count more often than not.

Now stick Big Boy on for 10 mins and show us what he's got. DJ not quite been on it today.

Plenty of positives to take from this.

Lloyd Isgrove.

At least losing will mean 1 less midweek game which would be a blessing...

Unfortunately he will because we have sick notes in Baudry and Conroy.

Someone like Fryers or Woolf would be handy, able to cover at fullback as well as centre half.

Losing is no biggie for us, its a free hit almost like a friendly, the result is not overly important.
