I have absolutely no interest in what Power does in his business life. But it would be a little comforting to be assured he can afford/want to continue funding STFC.

May now be a case of he cannot afford not too.

Do you have a link for this mate? I can't find it anywhere and don't see any other clubs talking baout it, didn't know if there may be some clues in the article maybe?
Don't have a link, but think you may be able to view it online, it's in todays Sun, page 55, bottom left corner.  Not sure about it being Oldham,  I know that they are in financial trouble but wouldn't class them as a 'top' club in either way.

Mansfield and Salford both want the season to end now - but to void it entirely.

I’d imagine both have a large payroll.

There is absolutely no way any more games are going to be played to finish off this present season

Of course they would.

If they decide on PPG, im going to open a beer, get some popcorn and inject the inevitable rage from that twat Gary Neville straight into my veins.

Sounds like a plan, Neville is a totally unlikeable person. Come tea time we could be crowned champions?

I'd settle for that - bubbly already in the fridge.

It would be an utter disgrace to just void the season after all the matches that have been played. Not like it's early in the season.

I’d imagine ‘Thats for another day’ translates to ‘I don’t have a clue’

I have no doubt the club would prefer a ppg end to the season - we’d be promoted as champions!
