I have acquired a taste for pate on buttered toast. Lovely.

I'm a big fan of pate and, yes, great on toast.

Pretty decent in a croissant as well.

Pasta de nata and strong black coffee. Great way to start the day! Smiley

I can't face anything sweet to start the day now, I used to but when I got to about 45 it no longer even slightly appeals to me, savoury all the way now.

The diet we are on now we never break out 14 hour fast until about 11am though. Its working but it is harsh. 800 calories a day and fasting between 8 or 9pm and 11am every day. Thats for 16 weeks! average loss is around 2.5kg a week. But then I have enough to afford to lose that, all nutrient managed so we have enough protein and vitamins from the diet alone from 2 meals a day.

We’ve started eating 5pm at the latest. Puts me off eating much for lunch, too. Eat normal stuff but nothing between 5pm and breakfast.
