Might not be many left for walk up punters.

What's left (approx)

Town end 124
Drs 270
Arkells 98 (plus just over half the opened up block)

You cant rely on that site too much, loads have just become available again so I think they hold some back from online sale.

Yep, you will be able to find Sky Sports in some of the English bars, but you do realise they won't be featuring the L2 crunch match live. PM me if you're interested.

Fuck me, I assumed you were joking!  That's a really generous offer but we're on the 12.24 from St P so I think won't be getting into Gare Du Nord until nearly 4pm (3pm in proper money) even if on time and need to check in to our hotel so will do well to find a bar showing Mr Stelling by time 2nd half is under way.

But thanks, really appreciated.

Yes, they release the restricted view seats after the standard seats have sold.

Still think we're looking good for a near 12K, which is decent. When was the last time we hit that mark? Sheff United PO game?

No problem - watching Swindon is just one of my favourite solitary experiences.  Wink

Depending on where you're staying, good bets for Sky Sports are likely to be the Frog n Rosbif in the rue St Denis, The Bombardier near the Panthéon or The Bowler near the Champs-Elysées. Drop me a line if you need more advice.

Decent? That’s more than the piss stains capacity (I think).

Did we have 12000 when we played City a few seasons back?

We’re on the up!

I’m tempted, sorely tempted, to make a bet we’ll get over 7000.

We're staying at Mercure Gare Du Nord, 175 Rue La Fayette, 75010 Paris.

Most of the guys will be heading for a bar showing the Ireland/Scotland game but at least one other guy is a Chelsea fan mainly going for the weekend rather than the rugby, doesn't give a rat's arse about the Celts game and wants to watch sky sports with me, so any ideas about a bar near there would be really great.

Had to check on Google, but the closest appears to the The Hideout just by the Gare du Nord, which says it does sport. The problem in all of them, and especially the Irish ones, will be finding one that does footy rather than the rugby. Maybe ring ahead to check.
