That article is a bit ironic seeing as loads of teams are laundering. I mean selling their grounds, and we're in the process of buying ours.

And it will be a 50/50 split too with caveats as to selling the owned share going forward I guess.

it would be interesting to see the caveat about selling the ground you own to yourselves. its good its been clamped down on, Derby went first, birmingham (not unrealistic sale price tbh) and shef wed also under investigation. aston villa should be looked into by the prem
