Just realised Walsall have a player called Sadler. Are there any other examples like that?

Decent effort by Gaffney for them from all of 55 yards but Benda scrambles back and catches the long shot.

We made a loan offer for Mark Robbins when he was at Man Utd.

That is a massive win. This team does have character to hold out for a victory and these are the kind of wins we'll look at come seasons end when we have earned promotion.
Thank fuck there was no late drama, it looked a bit squeaky bum time then!

I'd written today off after the rugby this morning. Great news. You need these messy wins to keep the challenge going. Well done, Town.

Not a great performance. A bit harsh on Walsall, but I'll take it.
We'd have caved in under the pressure in recent previous seasons. Sometimes you've just gotta hold on.

There have been some pretty nasty conditions this year, glad I'm over here!
You take any sort of win today, it just got messier and messier as you had the combination of the wind, the ball slipping on as well as holding up. Good effort from the team, bar the kitchen sink being thrown at us in the final two minutes we really didn't have to worry. Grant is a superb signing, need to find a way of extending his loan or seeing if they'll let him go.
When you have someone in the form of Doyle, you stand a chance of winning.
Good stuff, someone can turn the sprinklers off now.
