That goal was a thing of beauty.
A move of such quality you never normally see outside the Championship TBH.

I hope somebody in Twatter recorded it as I could watch it all day....swoons.

not getting carried away, far from it, just enjoying it for what it is now.
Not getting carried away at all but today was a near perfect performance all round.

Just really enjoying the football on show for the first time in many years.

Long may it continue.

I haven't seen much of Town over the last three years (what I have was crap), but that was the best performance I've witnessed since the Di Canio era. Thoroughly hooked again.

The Macclesfield forum is pretty quiet, but this comment stood out.

Missing Mc Court in front of back 4 and playing 5 won’t compensate. Needed to get this out of the way they will win this league.

I remember similar comments from other fans when PDC was managing us in this league.

My MOM was grant, controlled midfield and I don’t even think he’s fully fit. Loved him giving lmc a bollocking in the first half. All round excellent display. Should be back up to 8/9000 by the end of the season
Mine too.
Me three. So happy to have him, I've been a big admirer of his for years. An oppo player that I've always thought "yeah I'd love to have him in our side".
