Perfection is not attainable

It's going to be a case of can we break them down and avoid being caught on the break.  First goal will probably open up this game big time..  if it comes.
Fampton are playing a typical Curle style, pressure us all over the pitch and force us into mistakes, its not entertaining but it gets you results...especially away from home.

Lyden poor defensive error puts us under pressure, corner to them.

Lovely break by Woolery who finds Fryers but his final pass is a foot away from Woolery after a great run.

We would be in control but we've been making too many sloppy mistakes.

Fryers playing poorly, again.

Still an improvement on last years left backs..

Not as slick as previous games and struggling to create a little. Midfield has been a bit too stretched at times, May can only improve I guess as he’s 2 or 3 yards off everything both in terms of tackling and receiving the ball.

We're missing Yates' work rate up front and Anderson's energy in midfield.

If Isgrove runs like that when he’s injured... Best player on the pitch.

Dreadful old shite, that. The number of times we seemed unable to pass the ball a yard to our own player. Has a horrible feel to it, expecting to present them with a goal at any time.

Got to be better in the 2nd half, surely.

Several players not at their best for us today, Fryers, Woolery, May, Lyden and a times Doughty too.

Poor final ball in the box even though we have numbers up there waiting for the cross in.

Needs a change in midfield with May and Lyden not working that well together, we miss the pressing game of Anderson making the runs to help out an over worked Isgrove.

Unfortunately not many attacking options on the bench, still not been impressed with Twine when he has played along with Iandolo.
