2-0 as routine as they come.

1-1

We let in a sloppy set piece early on and spend the remainder of the game struggling to break down the parked bus.  The fans get restless and the tone for the new season is set.

or we win 3-0 and Yates convinces people that he is the goalscorer we've needed by bagging two

3 points, please.

I will take a scrappy win, maybe too early in the season to expect sexy football.

2-0. Hope conditions aren't a leveller. Carlisle fans are unhappy on the whole and we need to be looking at 3 points.

5-0

Although they have got two halves in defence who like to sit in. Still figuring out if they are peach or pear and whether or not they like sitting in syrup or cream. You'll have to ask SuperHans on that one.

If we apply ourselves similarly to away...or if Carlisle do come and attack then we should have opportunities galore. Simple fact, we've got so much pace and Yates seems to have some end product. Let never forget that three draws equals a win but much better that one win equals three draws!

I am staying for a week 10 miles outside of Carlisle so at least I can listen even if I cant watch it. 2-1 defeat with Yates scoring with 6,143 there with 213 nearly jocks there.

3-2 town.

Woollery, Isgrove and Baudry with the goals for town.

At least a yellow for Carrol.

Apparently Carlisle didn't return to training until Thursday...interested to see how that works out for them.

Windy, murky and unpredictable. I reckon we'll either score or not.
