Hi all,

I am taking part in the Great South Run in October this year and I'm hoping to raise as much money as I can for an amazing cause!

Isaac's Gift was set up in memory of Isaac Baker who was born with an immunodeficiency caused by a rare genetic condition called Cartilage Hair Hypoplasia. Isaac sadly died in 2013 aged 2.

The money raised for Isaac's Gift by their fundraisers is split 50/50 with Anthony Nolan and the Southampton Hospital Charity.
