What about Kevin Philips? Played a lot at the lower end of the Prem, must have been relegated a few times for sure.

I wonder if it's come up because it's someone from this year? I don't think he's on five but I think Junior Hoilett might now have 3-4 between Cardiff, QPR and Blackburn.
