Well, yet another new era to look forward to. Here’s hoping this is more successfull than the last 4!

I am looking forward to this, hopefully we get the new manager bounce that most other clubs seem to get, and then we can build on it.

Fancy us to win 3.1. Goals from Adebayo x 2 and Dunne. Attendance of 6158 with 402 from Carlisle.

Come on Town!!

Won’t be enough for what?

It doesn’t seem as if Wellens will carry on with Brown’s ‘tactic’ of hoofing it up to our non existent hold up strikers!

We looked so much better keeping it on the ground, albeit more likely for a comical cock up.

As long as I’m not bored shitless and there’s signs of improvement I’ll be OK with it.

To hell with Reg’s pragmatism!

1-1 with a meltdown in some quarters that Wellens is as bad as brown.

Fancy a 2-1 to the Town - Upwards and Onwards.

Managed to wangle a ticket for the Town End today. My 1st home game in over a year.

Probably a bit too early to judge if Wellens will have much influence on todays game.

Carlisle are hard to beat 0-1 defeat in front of 5,894 with 154 wannabe jocks there.

One thing that's irking me (slightly) across the Town social media platforms is the struggle to spell 'Richie' correctly.

At least it's not Wellens getting it wrong.... when Brown first appeared on the scene, I raised doubts about him due to calling Div 4, Div 2, repeatedly, because it made him sound like SRK.

Had today been Brown's game it would have been huge, as he owned the historic lack of winning a Div 4 home game record.

Now though, it's of less importance, insofar as Wellens will get a couple of games grace, to see if he can get us scoring a few goals, without sacrificing the not so bad defending.

A pools punter would probably stick this down as a draw.
