It doesn't take much to impress Danny Mills does it?

He sounds perpetually bored. But then I've developed a pretty good mental block for the commentary this WC.

I thought France looked very suspect to crosses especially against their left back, that could bode well if we get into the final with Trippier running at them down the right.

Was a bit of a shit game really. No one stood out, Maybe both keepers. They both made some good saves. Mbappe did similar stuff this match that Sterling has been doing but with less microscope.

If we do go on to play them, I wouldn't be massively fussed. Belgium, as has happened before were in danger of individuality not clicking. Great team of individuals and on an off day they can look average. Still great tournament for them. France win with a sneaky headed flick on at a corner. England don't score flick ons at corners because everyone prefers to wrestle us. Trouble is, we happen to have a good selection of lads who can  power head one home.

Corner and slightest slack marking probably the difference in tonight's match. Neither impressed or worried.

Perhaps Brexit should be decided by the outcome.

There’s a politics thread for your pointless arguments gents. (Before it descends into a full on brexit off.) Mwah

Mbappe did similar stuff this match that Sterling has been doing but with less microscope.

And more bukake from the commentators.

Boo, I lost my £10 free sunbet on Belgium being outright winners. Yay, France won so guaranteed at least a £10 through work sweepstake.

Another disastrous retreat from Moscow still a possibility for the French.

If England make it to the final, who is going to sit next to Infantino?
