Cheers Bedford.... it's been said many times, but Richard's site is a wondrous thing.  I doubt there's better.  I'd never seen a pre 1956/57 when my collection starts, the front design of the early 50's is very sexy.

Couldn't agree more.....and now it's even better!  Can't speak highly enough of it.

Regrettably, I offloaded most of my programme collection during a house move some years ago but my earliest Town ones only dated from the early 1960s.     But then a nephew gave me a 1953 Town v Bristol Rovers and a 1946 Town v Slave Traders for a birthday present.    He then topped that the following year with a 1951-52 Town handbook - which, at 66 pages, is a little gem.

Another big fan of the website here. As Reg says the website is a wondrous thing. STFC may be crap but I can't believe there's much better out there for any of the 92 teams.

We are spoilt to have that site. The programmes are a great addition.
