I'm on about what provision was outlined before the season started. There was both available but they made a horrendous decision to limit it to just either or. So in principle, it is a good format, however the delivery has been absolutely shocking for a paid premium service. It's anything but.
This is what they sent me. Note the sentence underlined. Dear Jamie,

The product was never designed to work that way although you may have been able to do it in the past.
