Rip Peter. Great player who sported a Ralph Coates comb over . . . before Ralph Coates did.

A sad day for the football club. A major name from a glorious era.

So long, Peter.

In my best ever seen STFC X1. I remember him scoring in 4 successive 1-0 wins. True Legend

I just shrug my shoulders at most deaths but this one saddens me. Remember him coming back in the early 80s with Blackpool and getting a cracking reception. I suppose time must roll on but another of the 69 heroes gone. Would be in with a shout of being in an all time Town XI

The family may have let Burnley know and not Swindon? Don't think it's fair to have a pop at the club. Seems anyone will moan about anything at the moment.
Anyway, I don't want to hijack a thread like this.
RIP, legend is used to much, but he really was.
