Problem with that is, as far as I can see, he's no better at coaching. We've been in freefall for a while with Williams on the training ground.
If/When he goes, he goes completely. Plus Power wouldn't pay 2 wages.

Agree with this. As far as I'm concerned,I wouldn't let Williams anywhere near the Kettle, let alone the training ground. He's just got to go,full stop. Have a fresh start somewhere else, and take Embleton with him.

I didn't listen yesterday, I didn't even bother checking the result until this morning and am less than shocked to see we lost, again.
Williams won't quit and I don't blame him either, why should he? hes on a lucrative (compared to normal working man salary) contract, Power probably can't afford to remove him other than move him sideways in his job so he is still with us and Power has an extra contract to pay as well for a new manager.
Can't see it happening, I think we will struggle on towards eventual relegation and Power will assess things in the summer.
This isn't what I or any Town fan want or what we as a club need.
Power does rate Williams as a coach, fuck knows why but he does, defensively we seem to have been leaking goals ever since he arrived on the scene
The money might be better spent of a good defensive coach(s) like Luggy had with Summerfield and Blackley, get the defense playing as a unit and not as 3/4/5 individuals.
I hope Power sees sense and gets rid of LW and RE before their own stock goes down so far they are unemployable elsewhere.
As for Hylton, I can fully understand his frustration but grow a set of bollocks, act like a man and not a petulant child, sacking may be a bit harsh but apologise to the management and get on with your job before you don't have a job.

What has Hylton done?
Left the ground in full kit when he found out that he'd been dropped from the squad.

Don't they have to announce the squad some time before kick off and he would know then, he got changed bloody early unless he travels in full kit (when I has PE I used to come home with my kit under my uniform, perhaps Hylton does likewise?)

This sounds ridiculous but does anyone know what our odds to be relegated at the start of the season were?

I think they were 5/2 with Bet365 as I was tempted to put a bit of money on it but didn't think the odds were that favourable.

From what I had read on here and some twatter stuff I thought he stormed out shouting effing and blinding about the management, waving his arms in full kit shouting he won't ever play for us again etc....
It does sound like a storm in an egg cup to me then.

Here is a quote from the Cobblers forum that sums it up perfectly. Swindon were the most open and un-physical away side I can remember seeing at Sixfields in a long long time. They were like an U23 team, so easily knocked off the ball.
